very nice unrestored 100% original California license plate. 1945 issue; number 4A 1682.  14x6 inches; white legend on black background.
plate lies almost completely straight and flat with very good original paint as seen in the photos.  there are a few minor touchups, especially around CAL.  fresh out of the barn!
1945 is the only year California issued a single plate, and it was renewed for 1946.  no pair available or necessary.
DMV clear as of 7/7/2021; may be placed on your 1945 vehicle, or - with the correct tab - your 1946.  inquire about a tab, as I may have one. perfect for your Ford, Chevy, Dodge, International, or DeLorean.
