    Cover: Jolly Roger - A modernized version of the old pirate Jolly Roger insignia - with crossed bombs - flies the SWPA skies on the tail fins of the top ranking Liberator outfit. S/Sgt. Leonard H. Baer of Brooklyn designed the insignia in competition with five other artists, and he's shown touching up one of his huge paintings
