    IN THIS ISSUE ( Pat's

    )
    Some articles are filled with info and doll history, but others are just plain fun. Take a look at Cindi Mortensen’s Ziplining comic saga, or Angela Nielsen’s adventures with her fashionable friends. Peruse the news- Phyn & Aero’s new offerings, the latest from Kingdom Doll’s contest, Jozef Szekeres’ return to the doll world, or the latest gorgeous model in the JamieShow line, Ling Lang. If you are going to Europe this summer, please be sure to get to the Musée de la Poupée. They currently have a great show on “Dolls of The Eighties”, but it will be their last. They will be moving from their current location, but there is no assurance that they will reopen, so please support this rare and wonderful part of our hobby.
    Michaela does double duty in this issue with a feature on the hottest makeover artists, and we chat with Terry Brown, who shares with us her amazing doll house. Every detail is lovingly rendered for her dolls, and will surely inspire you as she has me, to up my prop game. Speaking of homes, Paul Bruce looks back at Barbie’s Family House. This is my favorite Barbie abode because I still have my childhood house. The mod graphics and hot colors inspire me to this day. I still want to create a bold black and white entryway in my own home one of these days; I just can’t tell my husband.
    We hope you take some time to sit back and take in all the fun things in this issue. The best thing about magazines is that they can take you away from a computer screen. Take it to the beach or the lake and get away from all the madness that is the internet. Of course, if you prefer, you can always download the magazine and read it on your table t while on the train or the plane, jetting off to vacation or convention. Either way, we have got you covered, so enjoy!
