Washable covers pick up the grime, keeping it off your needlework.  MEASURE THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF YOUR FRAME FOR THE CORRECT SIZE. PLEASE SEE PICTURE OF MY PROJECT WITH THE COVER OVER THE FRAME END.  I'm showing both covers although I only use the bottom one where I rest my arm.   Use on stretcher Bars or Roller Bars, with or without a stand.
