HARTLAND CHEYENNE HAT
This  model toy white Hat belongs to Cheyenne
made by Hartland Plastics in the 1960's.  It is in perfect condition and is original and also very specific to Cheyenne, with the design,  never used by any other figures. A very uncommon hat, difficult to find in this condition.
