    Description

    HK-388, struck to commemorate the meeting in El Paso, TX of U. S. President William H. Taft and Mexican President Porfirio Diaz, October 19, 1909.  This is the slightly scarcer Spanish-language version. Choice Uncirculated, certified NGC MS-64 in an older certification.  VERY PQ for the Type and a possible upgrade. Bright glossy luster on surfaces that show Purple-red tones. Just a minor amount of striking weakness in a couple of spots.
