226395
.The white plate with blue numbers has a1919 Star validation tag (#226395) is in very good used condition with some chips and rust in the white background and over the upper area of the last two numbers.
*Please note the Star Validation tag and License numbers are the same, which makes this an excellent collector plate.
DMV status is unknown.
