Vintage Hartland 7" Thoroughbred Stallion, Mare & Foal Molded In Black

This is the vintage Hartland 7" Thoroughbred stallion, mare & foal set all molded in black.  These were most likely sold as rack toys during the late 60s or early 70s at dime stores, not sure if these were ever sold on blister cards. They are in
various conditions. The foal is excellent, nice, shiny and wonderful. The mare has some play wear and isn't so shiny anymore, in the old days (back in the 70s, when I started collecting) people would have spritzed her with Pledge and wiped her down to give her back her shiny coat. I think she could be buffed back out and look as good as the foal. The stallion, poor fellow, he will be a place holder for you until you find another one to fill out your collection. He looks like he went a couple of rounds with a poodle and lost. Yep, bite marks, especially on his poor head. It is amazing to me that he doesn't have legs or ears missing. In any event, he needs a home and he completes the set, which is not the easiest to find these days. All 3 have great seams, no splits. I will pack them carefully in a sturdy box for shipping.

always ship things well packed in a box with tracking, not an envelope, so that your purchase arrives in the same shape you see in the photos. I ship Monday-Friday, I do not ship on Saturday.  I take all packages to work with me (and take them in, I don't leave things in the hot car) and drop them off at the post office in the early afternoon on my way home. I stand in line and make sure that your package is scanned and the tracking process is started. I pack and ship your purchase the way that I would want mine to be packed.
