Vintage Hartland Walnut Woodcut 7" 3 Gaited Saddlebred Family - 3 pc Set

This is a really lovely set and I have had it for many, many years. I kind of hate to see them go. But, I made the decision several years ago to liquidate this collection and it is time for them to be loved by someone else. All 3 horses are in excellent condition and the stallion and mare both have their brown felt protectors on the bottoms of their feet (I have never seen a foal with felt), and seeing as how I found them together, they have most likely been together since they left the factory back in the 60s. I will pack them very, very carefully and ship them to you via Priority Mail with added insurance to cover the total selling price. One little thing that you might find interesting, if you look at the tail on just about any of the Hartland 3 Gaited woodcut model, whether it is the 9" stallion or the 7" stallion and mare, you will see a 'gap' in the shading on the bottom of the tail. I am convinced that this is where they were clamped to hold them while they were painted. The models were molded in the base color and given some light shadings on top of that to give them some depth. You will love this family, they are old, they are rare and they are beautiful, a real jewel for your Hartland collection.

always ship things well packed in a box with tracking, not an envelope, so that your purchase arrives in the same shape you see in the photos. I ship Monday-Friday, I do not ship on Saturday.  I take all packages to work with me (and take them in, I don't leave things in the hot car) and drop them off at the post office in the early afternoon on my way home. I stand in line and make sure that your package is scanned and the tracking process is started. I pack and ship your purchase the way that I would want mine to be packed.
